Proposals will be reviewed and curated by a cracker-jack team of down to earth Midwesterners, bound and determined to create a show you will be talking about all year.

We are looking for a wide range of talks and styles; from visionary topics that will challenge the audience and expose new ideas, to tactical discussions that will impart actionable skills (you don’t have to do both). We are looking for talks to be informative, but also fun and engaging.
